Rhubarb Crumble Pie


What you need for the filling:
500g rhubarb
1dl sugar
a tablespoon of butter

For the crumble:
100g butter
1.5dl flour
1.5dl oats
2 tablespoons of sugar

How you make it:

Step1: Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius. 

Step2: Remove the ''skin'' from the rhubarb and then chop the stems into small pieces. 

Step3: smear butter on the inside of a baking dish and pour the coped up rhubarb pieces into the dish and make sure that it's a flat layer. 

Step4: sprinkle 1dl sugar on top of the rhubarb.

Step5: Make the crumble. Just mix the butter, sugar, oats and flour together and just combine the ingredients with your hands, then just crumble it on top of the rhubarb. 

Step6: serve it with vanilla sauce, ice cream or jus whipped cream.
