5 dl heavy cream
0.5 dl sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
3 gelatin sheets
0.5 dl hot water
and for the raspberry sauce:
250g frozen raspberries
0.25 dl sugar
How you make it:
Step1: Grate the lime peel off of the lime. (don't throw the rest away)
Step2: Pour the cream into a sauce pan and add the lime peel, sugar and vanilla sugar. Bring it to a boil.
Step3: while you're bringing the cream mixture to a boil pour the hot water into a bowl and add the gelatin sheets and let them melt.
Step4: take the sauce pan away from your stove and add the gelatin and water mixture and the juice from one lime, combine it well.
Step5: You can either pour the mixture into one big dish and just cut it in to pieces when you serce it or pour it into glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
Pour the raspberries into a sauce pan and add the water, cook on medium heat.
Mash the raspberries together and add the sugar. When it looks like a sauce take it of the stove and refrigerate if you want to serve it cold but you can also serve it warm.
