Chocolate mousse

My friends celebrated their 20th birthdays together last weekend and they asked me to make the dessert for the dinner so I made this chocolate mousse. Everyone loved it! 
It is simple to make and is really good. It is very filling so you don't need to make your portions so big! It only takes about 20 minutes to make and then you can put them in the fridge and enjoy them later! 

What you need:
3 eggs
1 dl sugar
2dl creme fraiche
250g dark chocolate (70%) 
  ~
cream

How you make it:
step1: separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and put them in two different bowls. Whisk the egg whites until it has become a hard foam. 
step2: In a different bowl mix the egg yolks and the sugar together until it looks like a fluffy yellow mixture. 
Step3: Melt the chocolate by chopping it up and placing the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Boil water in a pan and put the heatproof bowl on top of it.
Step4: Take the melted chocolate of the pan and mix it with the creme fraiche, egg yolks and sugar.
Step5: Add the egg whites.
Step6: pour the mixture into portion sized glasses or bowls or jut into one big bowl, depending on how you want to serve it. Put them in the fridge for an hour or two. 
Step7: Whipp some cream, pipe it on top of the mousse and voila(!), your done!
